With any website created by westBEAM we will work with you to understand your business. Our goal is to craft a web presence that reflects the business as you want it portrayed. We follow a 5 step process in crafting your web presence:
- Initial consultation - The first step in our collaboration will consist almost entirely of our team listening to you. We want to understand your business, what it is hoping to accomplish and what image you would like it to project.
- Preliminary site mockups - Once we've gotten a feel for what your business is all about, we will create some initial wire frame diagrams for your site. By completing this step we will establish the framework for your site. In subsequent steps we will build on this framework.
- Initial Design Options - As with many projects, it helps to see a few options for what your site will look like before you settle on your final decision. During this step westBEAM will present you with a few overall design directions. You can choose one option or select components of the various designs to bring together into your final site.
- Site Draft - At this point in the creation of your site we will flesh out the design ideas for your site and start filling in content. We will present you with a draft to in order for you to provide feedback and for us to adjust your site to your liking.
- Completed Site - Finally, we will adjust your site to your specifications and present the finished product to you.
All of westBEAM's websites are created using content management tools. This means the specific copy that shows within your website is quite simple to maintain if you (or your employees) choose to do so. westBEAM does offer ongoing support and maintenance services as well to help you with the maintenance of your site's content, but we also offer training for you or your staff so that you can do it yourself!
westBEAM offers two types of website design services. westBEAM Professional for simple, rapidly deployed sites and westBEAM Complete for sites that require more custom development.

What You Get
With the westBEAM Professional service you get a simple, professional website that reflects your business' image. This offering also includes an ongoing support arrangement for 12 months during which time you can call westBEAM with questions, request changes to your site, user maintenance, web hosting, etc.

Pricing for the westBEAM Professional website service is $299 for the creation of the website, and $50 per month for support and maintenance.

westBEAM Complete
westBEAM Complete is a fully custom website design. With this service we will work with you to understand the requirements for your site, and prepare an estimate (within 2 business days) for what it will take to create. Sites created with this service can include many page templates, blogs, flash content, integrations and more.
